Frequency Programs

Frequency programs were designed just for you. These programs give you the ability to better focus on the most problematic areas of your hearing and the frequencies you want to target. Use each program for a minimum of 30 sessions before selecting and switching to a new program for optimal results.

Note: The Basic subscription only gives you access to the Basic program. The Pro + subscription gives you access to the Pro, Frequency Targeting, Low Frequencies, Low-Mid Frequencies, Mid-High Frequencies, and High Frequencies programs.

Basic

Pro +

This program targets the weakest frequency band (range of frequencies) for each ear. The weakest frequency band has the highest dBr value for each ear. The program will shift to a new frequency band once the weakest frequency band’s dBr value becomes lower than the next highest dBr value.

Example: The 12,000 Hz is the weakest frequency band with a 82 dBr value for the left ear. The next weakest frequency band for the left ear is 8,000 Hz with a 76 dBr value. The program will only shift to 8,000 Hz once the 12,000 Hz dBr value goes below the 76 dBr value.

This program targets the two weakest frequency bands (range of frequencies) for each ear. The weakest frequency bands have the two highest dBr values for each ear. The program will shift to a new frequency band once one of the two weakest frequency bands has a dBr value that becomes lower than the third highest dBr value.

Example: The 12,000 Hz and 8,000 Hz frequency bands are the two weakest with values of 82 dBr and 76 dBr for the left ear. The third weakest frequency for the left ear is the 4,000 Hz with a 65 dBr value. The program will only shift to the 4,000 Hz frequency band once either the 12,000 Hz or 8,000 Hz dBr value goes below the 65 dBr value.

Low Frequencies

Low-Mid Frequencies

This program targets the 1,000 Hz and 1,500 Hz frequency bands. These bands range from 906 Hz ~ 1,078 Hz and 1,357 ~ 1,614 Hz. Improving these frequencies may help with hearing human speech consonants like: J, U, Z.

Examples of Low Frequency Sounds: Water dripping and leaves rustling

This program targets the 2,000 Hz and 3,000 Hz frequency bands. These bands range from 1,812 Hz ~ 2,154 Hz and 2,714 ~ 3,228 Hz. Improving these frequencies may help with hearing human speech consonants like: J, U, Z.

Examples of Low-Mid Frequency Sounds: Lawn mowers and the sound of thunder

Mid Frequencies

High Frequencies

This program targets the 4,000 Hz and 6,000 Hz frequency bands. These bands range from 3,623 Hz ~ 4,309 Hz and 5,429 ~ 6,426 Hz. Improving these frequencies may  help with hearing human speech and consonants like: F, S, TH.

Examples of Mid-High Frequency Sounds: Phone ringing and watch ticking

This program targets the 8,000 Hz and 12,000 Hz frequency bands. These bands range from 7,246 Hz ~ 8,617 Hz and 10,857 ~ 12,912 Hz. Improving these frequencies may help with hearing human speech and consonants like: F, S, TH.

Examples of High-Frequency Sounds: Women’s voices and birds chirping

Frequency Targeting

This program allows you to choose any two of the eight frequencies to target for each ear.
